NVQs
Our NVQ methodology follows the ENTO guidelines. This means we like to keep portfolio building to an absolute minimum. We much prefer to use the workplace as the portfolio. Therefore little or no evidence of competence is put into the file provided with the National Occupational Standard for your chosen NVQ.
We pride ourselves in being able to offer you a start date convenient for you and often this is immediate upon enrolment. There are no minimum numbers and you are able to work at your own pace and complete your NVQ within 6 months in most cases. We don’t ask for any additional written work such as essays or assignments. We do ask that you make available evidence from your normal daily work activities in order to demonstrate your competent performance. You are allocated your own workplace advisor/assessor with whom you will work on a one to one basis. Our staff are all highly experienced and qualified in their own fields.
